سمارت واش منصة تربط العملاء بالمغاسل لطلب الغسيل والاستلام والتوصيل.
ما نجمعه
- الاسم ورقم الجوال لتسجيل الدخول والتواصل بخصوص الطلب.
- العنوان والموقع لاستلام الملابس وتوصيلها فقط.
- تفاصيل الطلبات والملاحظات والصور التي تضيفها على القطع.
كيف نستخدمه
لتنفيذ طلبك، وإرسال تحديثات الطلب على واتساب، وعروض المغسلة التي تتعامل معها. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.
من يطّلع عليه
المغسلة التي طلبت منها ومندوبها فقط. البيانات محفوظة لدى مزودي خدمة موثوقين (Supabase وVercel).
حذف الحساب
تقدر تحذف حسابك وبياناتك من داخل التطبيق: الحساب ← حذف الحساب.

Privacy Policy — Smart Wash
Smart Wash connects customers with laundries for laundry orders, pickup and delivery.
What we collect
- Name and mobile number, to sign in and contact you about your order.
- Address and location, only to pick up and deliver your clothes.
- Order details, notes and any photos you add to items.
How we use it
To fulfil your order, send order updates on WhatsApp, and offers from the laundry you use. We never sell your data.
Who can see it
Only the laundry you order from and its driver. Data is stored with trusted providers (Supabase and Vercel).
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and data inside the app: Account → Delete account.
